Indian River Colony - Wedding Photography

I had a great time photographing Jacqueline and Kyle's special day. I arrived at the bride's home and was able to capture the beautiful bride and her bridesmaids during preparations. While there, Jacqueline proudly displayed a stunning bench seat, hand crafted by her groom. It was gorgeous! Inside the seat, Kyle added sheet music with lyrics, along with a letter to his 'soon-to-be" bride. Jacqueline did not display any nerves, but was very excited about her big day! She showed her enthusiasm by lighting up the room with her endearing smile.

The ceremony took place at the stunning Rockledge Presbyterian Church, in Melbourne. The church provided a picturesque location, with stained glass windows, cathedral ceilings and arched decorative beams. Additionally, It had a choir loft that provided me with a spectacular overview for photographing the nuptials. The Rockledge Presbyterian Church also has well maintained grounds, with mature oaks and a river view, perfect for post wedding pictures. Love was in the air, as I photographed Jacqueline and Kyle walking around the church, hand in hand, in their first moments as husband and wife.

The reception followed at the Indian River Colony Club, in Melbourne. The reception was very lively, with the attendees laughing and dancing the night away. Midway through the reception, the groom and his band provided a musical interlude. At the end of the night, the newly weds exited under a canopy of sparklers, and were driven away in an vintage automobile.
